Announcement Board

The Bays tryouts for the following age levels will be held on Sunday June 28th. Please contact Peter Olson at coaching-director@bmyso.org if you are interested in playing on a BAYS team. Please include name and age of the player trying out.

8:00-9:30 12-13 year old girls
9:30-11:00 14-15 year old girls
11:30-12:45 9-10-11 year old girls
1:00-2:15 7-8-9 year old girls
2:30-3:30 Open All ages Open tryouts are to be used only if you can not make your assigned time.

It is requested that 9 year old players attend both 9 year old sessions

The open tryouts are scheduled for both boys and girls that were unable to attend the scheduled tryout time.

If you have any questions or are unable to make the assigned tryout please contact Peter Olson at coaching-director@bmyso.org

If a player is interested in trying out for a BAYS travel team the tryout schedule can be reached via this link. If a player is playing in the in-town REC program and wants to continue playing REC there is no need to tryout.

* The ages listed below are the players age as of August 1, 2009. This is their soccer age. Ex. If a player turns 12 on Sept. 10th then they will tryout with the 11 year old age group.

* Also, the reason for the grouping by ages is we have not set up what age divisions we will be entering in the fall. The number of players that qualify at each age level will dictate what teams are formed.

* Finally if your player is planning on attending tryouts or have any questions could you please send an email to coaching-director@bmyso.org as soon as possible so we can plan an appropriate tryout for the numbers that attend.

Bays Notification

We at BMYSO are not able to complete the process of creating the Boys Bays teams. Unfortunately we were unable to hold tryouts on June 14th and therefore players were unable to attend make up time that was afforded to them. We also do not have coaches in place for all the age divisions and we can not assign a team until the coaches are in place.

We will be having our make up tryouts on June 28th and therefore will notify your player if they made a BAYS team and specifically what team shortly after the June 28th date. We on the BMYSO board apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but truley feel that this is the best option to give all the players a fair chance to make a team.

If you have any questions please contact Peter Olson at coaching-director@bmyso.org

Bays Players Wanted

12,13,14,and 15 year old BOYS are wanted to fill out BAYS Rosters.

If you are interested in playing Bays for a U14 team this fall or a U16 team in spring please send an email to the BMYSO coaching director at coaching-director@bmyso.org as soon as possible. You would also need to attend the make up tryout day on June 28th at 2:30. Don't miss your opportunity to play next year for a BMYSO BAYS team.
